We’ve been hard at work over the past month, and I’m thrilled to announce that our job details page has just gotten even better, making your job easier and more efficient.

Here’s a rundown of the latest enhancements we’ve made to our job detail pages:

  1. Call the Client: No more scrambling to find phone numbers! With just a simple click on the call icon, you can now easily reach out to your clients.
  2. Send a Text: Need to shoot a quick message to your client? Now you can do it directly through Service Shark, making communication smoother than ever.
  3. Email: Another avenue for reaching out to your clients conveniently within the platform.
  4. Address: Seamlessly navigate to your destination with the new address feature, saving you time and hassle.
  5. Delete: Accidentally added a job you didn’t mean to? No worries! We’ve added a delete button for easy removal.

But wait, there’s more! We’ve also introduced an Edit button in the upper right corner of the screen, allowing you to effortlessly update client contacts and add or modify notes as needed.
